Pet Policy

The Commons Apartments is a pet-friendly community that welcomes up to two pets (dogs or cats) per apartment. A one-time, refundable fee of $300 applies for one pet, or $500 for two pets. All pets must complete a meet-and-greet prior to approval. Please note that aggressive breeds or pets showing aggressive behavior may not be approved. Residents are required to keep pets leashed in common areas and to clean up after them at all times. These guidelines are in place to maintain an enjoyable environment for all residents and their furry friends.
